For years, customers using 3D CAD software Autodesk Inventor have been able to benefit from the advantages that 3D technology CAD CAM Simplifiers has to offer. SolidWorks users are now being offered the same advantages. Simplifiers UG has recently sealed a solution partnership with Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp., the makers of SolidWorks. Following conclusion of the cooperation contract Simplifiers will develop software solutions that can be integrated in the SolidWorks CAD environment in order to extend and add to the software's capabilities. "Our cooperation is a big advantage for SolidWorks users: Through integration of our software modules design and production processes can be optimised. Automated operating processes make things much easier," says Steffen Sameith, Managing Director at Simplifiers. For example, the integration of CAD CAM Simplifiers technology makes it possible to measure and nest entire assemblies at the push of a button.
